Out of state homeowner looking to replace current property management company by finding my own renters. Would appreciate anyone who would share their Rental Agreement contracts that you are using. Thanks!

PM me with your email and I'd be happy to share ours. We fill in the blanks and make it a PDF so things can't be changed. We then email and the guest has the option to scan back or mail. Fairly generic, but covers all the areas we feel are important.

I'm fairly new here, can I ask for an email or is there another way to send the document?

Generic Residential Lease agreements are available at Office Depot on 441. You will also need to contact The Villages Sales office at Spanish Springs to get a Temporary Resident ID Card Request if you are going to offer ID cards to your renters. If so, you will need to turn in your cards while they are renting. The ID cards are $50 for a couple and are good for their entire stay.

You can also get a good lease online. I don't know the site but Google Florida rental lease and it should give you FREE options.
