I stopped at the Lake Sumter Winn Dixie today. There is a large sign outside saying that it is closing soon.

I went inside and tried to buy some items that were advertised in the weekly ad. However, when I tried to check out, the price for the items was not the price listed in the ad.

I asked about this and was told that they are no longer honoring the weekly sales ad.

There are no BOGOs so if you want the price in the weekly ad, go to another Winn Dixie.

I too was there yesterday, saw signs 10 to 35 % off.

If you want to get rid of perishable items, it is a good idea not to increase prices on many items.
