Makes sense to me if the ST. John's River Water Dist (Lake County) Sumter county and Marion Counties are pulling out of the same Aquifer (and we are) we all should have the same water restrictions. The water districts were probably setup during the days of the horse and buggy and well before TV. Good luck trying to change that!
