Helene and I like to go to the Vintage Jewelry Club occasionally. It is amazing how much just old fashion jewelry, NOT real gold and silver is worthl AND how knowledgeable and fun this group is.

The Vintage Jewelry Club. meets on the first Sunday at Canal Recreation Center at 2 pm. Great club if you Love jewelry.

The Vintage Jewelry Club had a sale last season at the Savannah Center. I bought 4 lovely pieces of jewelry. One was deco-style that could be worn as a pin or a necklace. It looks like something Zelda might have worn. Also, there were lots of rhinestones there. I think rhinestones are fun.

It was a good sale with lots of vendors, very well-organized. I hope they have these sales on a regular basis.

Gracie, I went to the last meeting and to one before that. It is a lot of fun to see what others collect and to learn more about jewelry. They had a speaker about Fenton glassware this month.
