I believe you get a copy for free if you subscribe to the newspaper.

When they come out, you get one for free whether you subscribe to the paper or not. Mine goes directly from the driveway into the trash bag.

It's useful directory, we have found a number of people that we didn't know were here.

Also, if you get home delivery of the Daily Sun, the newcomers guide will be included in it. This also will be coming out soon

I'm assuming it's because everything can be found quickly on line now. No need for killing massive amount of trees for information anymore. But I know some people still prefer leafing through stuff.

So you can find people’s cell numbers online? Nope. Addresses? Possibly, but not always.

There are search engines that can find cell phone numbers. I've never used them but here is a couple examples I found on line. "You can find out a cell phone number or get a name from the number, include TruePeopleSearch and ZabaSearch (both free)."

The phone book comes out once a year using the information you provided when you got your ID. There is a tremendous amount of essential information in the first 40+- pages. Only rely on the official Villages issued directory published by the Daily Sun.
