As I recall, any of the Pack and Ship type locations will have UPS pickup.

Correct. According to ups.com: The UPS Store, 2518 BURNSED BLVD, THE VILLAGES, FL 32163. It's just to the right of Winn-Dixie.

The pack and ship in Colony Plaza does not have UPS services but thereis a UPS store in Pinellas Plaza.

if you take your UPS shipment to Staples there is zero surcharge everyone else has a huge surcharge even the UPS store is a franchise and they charge me more than if you just take it to staples , we are talking 40 -75 % more!

All these pack & ship locations make their profit by adding additional fees for shipping packages. If you don't have a problem using Fedex, there is an actual Fedex location about 3 miles east of Rohan Rec Center on Hwy 44. They're open from 9am to 6:30 Mon - Fri. If you know where the gun range is on Hwy 44, go past about a mile and look on the left and when you see some buildings turn left on Satellite Court and it will be in the back on the left. You pay regular company rates, no added fees. I've shipped many packages there.
