A swallow - designer, is exactly the same as a warbler - premier. Same square footage and room layout. 4 bedroom, 2 bath which to me is a very odd setup.

Just went to look at lots. There is 2 story house one old single wide with a truck and father down a 4 horse trailer. So village property not build able. Private road. Really big live oaks the three I listed. Once landscape grows up u won't see them.

As you enter Enclave mail box on right. Its very Secluded And private... If you travel to Orlando to work or play its ideal.

Swallow doesn't have all 10' ceiling s and 8' doors. Our rep told us all 10' with 8' doors is now a Premier. Its a dramatic look when u walk through those 8' doors. The lots we looked at is more expensive corners. If u want to live in Enclave u will drive to most championship. Sawgrass is 20 minutes by cart Brownwood is 46 minutes by cart. But if want peace and quiet it will be the place. Nobody is going to drive out to see u

Totally agree the font was definitely yelling.

On the other side to the east is Bugg Spring, a US Naval Research Facility for testing sonar.

They will want that area to remain quiet.

Didn't know that. As you drive into Enclave on the left 4 board fence unpainted. Black always means not TV property. The area is very large too dence to see anything, wonder if that is bugg springs

What a travesty that “regular” designer homes will be next to premiers! Glad I have zero interest in living there as I wouldn’t want to live with people that have that mindset

If you read all the posts, designers with all 10' ceiling 8' doors are now Premier.
Not all designers maybe 3 models.

Bigger question is if you have no desire to live here, why spend time on posts

The Enclave is surrounded on to the north, south and west by the City of Leesburg wetlands property.

Where did you get the idea I built a premier, if you would have researched, Warbler.

Warbler is a designer, 4/3, all ceilings are 10’, all interior and exterior doors are 8’. Start at 2770sf.
Who's yelling? The bold lettering simply highlighted the statement I was responding to...

And I -did- my research. The Warbler model is listed under "Premier Homes", not "Designers"...

Edit to add: I see others have back me up on my "Premier" comment and defended my use of "bold and enlarged typeface" as a common use of emphasis, not yelling...

asianthree: Apology accepted (even though you didn't really apologize...)

And you would be wrong...

Some people change the color (which I find hard to read, especially when they pick yellow or blue against the green background).

But enlarging a passage has always been used for emphasis...

And why on god's green earth would anyone think I was "yelling" by asking a simple question?

So a Swallow -10 is the same as a Warbler lol. Time was they just listed the model with the 10 tacked onto the end. Ivy and Ivy-10 come to mind. As a short person, those 10 foot models make me feel even more short.

No, it isn't...

According to the Google Machine: "Bold is used to highlight the text and capture the readers' attention. The bold tag is used for strong emphasis."

As I stated when we built our Warbler it was a designer, with 10’ ceiling and 8’ doors. When Enclave was announced just this week designers with 10’ ceilings were moved into Premier. Since we built our Warbler as a designer, I didn’t look at the premier models, on Enclave’s site. Why would I we built a designer

I didn’t notice my home got free upgrade to Premier. Starting Premiers are $600,000. So if we want to build this house again we would be over a million
