One of our court yard villas is insured through Tower Hill. The other one is through Heritage. The premium on the Heritage coverage is probably half but it is a 6 year newer house with a new roof. I have not had claims on either and I may switch away from Tower hill if Heritage will cover the older home for anywhere near the same premium as the other place.

Heritage just raised my cost to 104% of what it was last year for a CYV. No claims

There Heritage premium is literally less than half the Tower Hill policy for identical coverage. I just looked. Just under half the difference is the roof discount on the Heritage policy, since the Tower roof is approaching 20 years. It's still a big difference.

I had my roof replaced due to wind damage with Tower Hill. Easy to work with and responsive to my questions/concerns. Latest bill went up about 5% but that is common this year in TV. I'm happy with them.
