I got a call last night from Tommy Bahama in Brownwood that they are having a one day sale (I am on their call list)...60% off with very few exception (I think the voice mail said cologne and beach chairs were not included but don't quote me) and they just got some Tommy Bahama golf bags in. I try to promote stores and restaurants in Brownwood in hopes that other stores will decide to move in. I love living in the Villages and I only want it to get better...that is my goal...we cannot all afford this store but it could be an anchor store to get other businesses in. I worked in a mall up north and that was the reason for an anchor store. If you stop in you may be surprised. They have women's jewelry as low as $28.00 and with the discount it is $11.20. I have my eye on a few of them.

I also forgot to mention that they said all the womens scarfs...silk, cashmere...I think from $50. to over $100. all $19.00 no additional discount. Great gift for your family or a BFF. I hope my BFF's read this...
