I've seen some posts on Nextdoor for chefbriansbistro.com that seems to get good reviews. He lives in the Villages south of 44 and does offer some gluten free options. I've never tried it so I have no personal experience.

Try Mom's Meals. They deliver weekly and the food is pretty good. You order from their menu so you know exactly what you are getting. Just heat and serve.

I think your "recipes" are ingenious! I have some questions about your one-meal-a-day diet. What time do you eat it? Do you have snacks or other things during the day? Do you drink a lot of water to make you not hungry? Your grocery bill must be about $50 a week.

Factor s what we use. You choose weekly which dinners you want. More importantly the food is fresh and never frozen. They have a huge menu and delicious.

The new Panda Express on 466A has a drive through that we used 2 nights ago. We ordered, paid, and were handed our five item meal in 5-6 minutes max. We’re still enjoying the leftovers, so we got at least 3 meals for 2 from it.

My granddaughter orders Uber eats for me from time to time. Local restaurants delivered to my door.

Check out “Chefs for seniors” . There is a chef specifically for The Villages. He will customize your menu. Its not as expensive as you might like it to be.

Have been meaning to try ‘metabolic meals’ because they look easy to prepare and have gluten free choices. Has anyone tried this company and, if so, would you recommend? Thank you!

Hello Fresh requires cooking. Everything needed for the recipe is measured and included. We used it during Covid for 3 meals a week. It was good, mostly healthy and easy to prepare. Fresh market deli has prepared foods in the deli and kiosk that only require heating.
