Default Palm Tree Removal

Looking for recommendations to remove a tall palm tree. Also would appreciate it if someone could give me approximate price. Thank you.

I've found the villages offices to be helpful. I do not claim to be an expert but I don't think you need a permit to remove a palm as it is not really a tree. I have, in the past taken down fairly large trees. It was not in florida, I was younger years ago also unlike here things were not as congested. You may want to contact the electric company, gas company, cable company they will mark where their buried lines are-it is free.

We just had an extremely tall palm taken down. Cruz's Landscaping and Tree Trimming 407 459-5570. It was several hundred and we did not have the ball removed because there are shrubs surrounding it. The cleaned up perfectly. We had additional estimates from $1200 to $2300! We have recommended Cruz's to friends and they were all completely satisfied.

I had 3 queen palms 2 stories high. Cut them down with a reciprocating saw two feet at a time. Then had to kill the base and roots going into the yard drains. Very expensive and very hard work. I would guess in the thousands for 3. It wasn’t in TV.

I had Queen palm that had to be at least 20 feet tall. I had Jose Sandoval take it down for $150. He used a small Kabota "truck" with a bucket on it. We did not have the root ball removed but he did a great job cutting the trunk level with the ground.

His number is (352) 217-5925
