Default Nothing Bundt Cakes

We went to our son's home in Longwood this weekend to watch the Super Bowl and play golf. While there, he broke out these small bundt cakes from a place called "Nothing Bundt Cakes". Quite possibly the best cakes we have had. If you're familiar with them you probably agree. We decided to drive to Winter Park on the way home after a Costco visit to get some bundt's to bring home. Told the worker that we loved the cakes, and told him that we wished they had one in The Villages. He said that at a company meeting they were told that permits were issued and building would be started shortly for a new Nothing Bundt Cakes in The Villages, but he didn't know where

They are a truly miniature Bundt cake. They come in many flavors cost around $6.00 each. Size is around 4-5oz equal to (1.5 cupcake size) in a cute box, great for gift giving, or a special treat. They are moist, and is a dessert for one. The larger sizes for us have sometimes been a little dry, maybe not as popular. We have 3 up north in affluent areas, like Winter Park, that are very busy during holidays.

I have a Bundt pan same size, using my scratch recipe (only one flavor) I can make 17 cakes for about $3.00. But we bake every week, so not an inconvenience.

When we are up north I pick up one lemon for my mom, (only one who like lemon)and I make a flavor for everyone else, but no box.

These cakes are the best and they have quite the variety. They have.a purchase card you can have punched - one for each cake you buy. They are small bundt cakes and then they also have the minis. Definitely worth it!
