Yes, I find pants are almost always a requirement!

For men: Anything bought at the Van Heusen Store...

For women: Anything bought at Chico's, Anthony's Van Heusen, or anywhere else in TV...

In other words, wherever my wife shops...

I would say it's business casual so nice shorts or skirt with blouse or golf shirt. I wouldn't wear cut offs and a T-shirt.
