First Villages move was a small one, just a few large items. We used James Does and we were happy. Second move (very recently) was a much larger move. We used ‘Two Men and a Truck’ they rocked too. I would recommend either.

We used PODS when we moved here back in 2020. We had 2 PODS...one was delivered on schedule, but #2 was a week late. At first, they could not find it, even though they are supposedly bar coded. It took the company 4 days to realize it had never left our originating state. Of course, #2 contained all of our clothes, kitchen items, bedroom furniture, etc. PODS did, however, make it right by giving us a HUGE credit for their mistake. See Post No. 2. The name of the company is "Village Mover" NOT "Village Movers". There are at least three moving companies with names that are very similar. Village Mover uses black trucks.

We just moved on 2/28/24 and cannot say enough about their service. From the quote to the pickup and delivery, everyone was on time, efficient, respectful and kind. I highly recommend this company. What we were quoted is what we paid and not until the job was finished.

Just me but I would make sure whoever you got had Ins. in case something got broke, & make sure there’s no if’s or but’s attached to there Ins. because I guarantee you if something get broke you’ll have a nightmare getting it replaced!
