I’ve ask but The Villages won’t do anything that’s not part of the contract, the wall oven she likes is the same model just a different finish. If their not installing it they won’t cut the cabinet and they will not install anything not purchased through the builder.
Gee ..... I wonder why! 🤪 God forbid that the new owners should be able to choose what they want... you know because their paying for it!

Default Southeast Steel

I purchased my washer & dryer from Southeast Steel in 1983 when I lived in Orlando area & I would buy from them again, since there is no longer Sears Roebuck. Replaced the washer in 2012 thru Sears but still using the Southeast Steel dryer, works wonderful.

The big box stores (Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy) say they don’t do cabinet modifications, Southeast Steel tells me their installers will do what it takes to install and prices are close to the big box stores.

Thank you in advance for your advice and opinions.

If you want to save a few dollars then try Appliance Direct in Fruitland Park. We have purchased two name brand products there (dishwasher and refer) and saved well over a thousand. May be a scratch or dent but hidden from view.
