Default Looking for rental Jan-Mar 2025 timeframe

My wife and I (55+) are looking for a furnished rental within January to March 2025 timeframe. Prefer south of 466a, or between the sixes. These are the areas we are considering to buy. We wanted to rent something longer term this winter before committing

Look for ‘rentals in TV’ in your search engine. There are numerous rental agencies that all have a wide assortment of houses. But, this is my opinion, I would stay away from RE offices because they usually charge a fee, on top of the rent/cleaning. Good luck!

Good luck, I have 2 rentals and they were both gone for 2025 on Jan 7, 2024. That said, your best chance is watching Villagers homes 4 rent dot come or Rent from a Villager dot com every day and hoping a new landlord posts a new property then Call them immediately. To be honest, why not rent October-December - way easier and way cheaper.

As a previous overwinter renter, if you find a place you like, and will be renting for the same period regularly, keep the booking for the following years as well.
Landlords love their order books full, though in high season, a garden shed rental would fetch good money!
Good luck.
