Default Looking for: Personal fitness trainer with expertise in seniors.

This one should be easy but probably isn't.

I am 71, I am spiraling down physically, and I am not succeeding in being disciplined about daily workouts to keep physically fit.

I am looking for a personal trainer I can afford, that can work with me and my physical limitations. I would like to work out 5 days a week, for an hour or so, and limit round trip travel to about an hour at most. (I live in McClure - south of 44) so someone/someplace around 44 or south would be best.

Anyone have personal experience with a trainer they can share?

All the personal trainers at MVP have experience with seniors. I have used Jethro and my wife has used Amy. We were both very satisfied with them. They made training regimens to fit our abilities and what we wanted to accomplish.

There are multiple free trainers online. Beginner classes, don’t need weights, maybe could of stretch band, for few dollars.

Also it looks like you go to the VA. They offer a program called MOVE, that has a dietitian, and workout plan. Can be done online, or in person. It’s free to veterans
