I have been renting in the Villages, but at the end of my lease which will be in August 2013, I am looking for another long term rental... 2 bedroom rental with 1 or 2 bathrooms. I am looking to rent in the Spanish Springs area. I am a non smoker, one person would be renting.
Rental amount 850.00 a month and I will pay some of the utilities.

Hi Susan,
We have a 2 bd/2bath Patio Villa. It's in Spanish Springs, in the Village of Santa Domingo. It's a really pretty Village, close to the town square, shopping, hospital, restaurants, etc. It's about 4 blocks to the Santiogo Rec. Center with a great pool. The house is fully furnished, including all pots, pans, dishes, sheets, towels, etc. The rental also includes a golf cart. What more could you ask? Just bring your toothbrush. We can help you out from August, thru Dec. 2013. Unfortunatly, we already have a contract with a couple for Jan. thru March 2014. Let me know if you're interested.
