I bought these LED string lights in September at Home Depot. 24' string with 12 bulbs. Each is 40 lumens but only use 3 watts of power, my CYV backyard was pitch black before and now I can see pretty well. I bought 50' of steel cable and a couple of eye hooks and strung them along the back of the lanai on the outside under the eaves. I added a dimmer and a 15' extension cord to the my outside light plug and for about $60 I was in business. They come on automatically at sunset. They even came with two extra bulbs and they sell the replacement bulbs. You can string together up to 10 sets, they have a receptacle plug on the end of the line for plugging in another set.

They're only $20, I paid $30 when I bought them and the website said there is 4 sets in stock at the Lady Lake Home Depot.

I got this dust to dawn controller at HD for $11 and it works perfect. At sunset the lights go and in the morning they turn off.
