There is a martial arts center in Lady Lake but I don't know if Jiu Jitsu is one of the things they offer. Lots of dojos in Ocala--mostly Karate (Tae kwon do and Shorin Ryu). There is one in Ocala, Dark Horse Jiu-Jitsu, 2801 SW 20th Street , Suite 202, Ocala, FL-34474, that might fit your bill.
