Hello all!

I live in Lake Denham and have tried to find a home watch company to monitor my home for the times I might be away, but so far the companies I’ve contacted are either booked or don’t service Lake Denham because it’s too far south.
If anyone in the Lake Denham area is currently using a home watch company or knows of one who services the Lake Denham area, could you please provide their contact info. It would be much appreciated!

The Villages Community Watch department offers a weekly home watch service for few dollars per week. They will walk around your house, but they do not go inside.

You can place a few wifi cameras inside your house. Some home watch companies want to turn your water on, flush the toilets, and then turn it off. In my opinion, that is not a good idea. I have seen two houses totally destroyed by leaking toilets. Turn the water off and leave it off. Good luck.

I am very happy with Relax Home Watch. They do an excellent job and it gives us peace of mind when we are up north.

The Villages Empty Nest Service covers that area. They do random inspections inside and out, at least once a week.

Call Affordable Home Watch. They cover all of The Villages and do random checks once a week.

I'm another vote for wifi cameras and wifi thermometer. You then have monitoring privileges whenever you want!! The best way to have peace of mind in my opinion.

My husband and I have a Homewatch and Rental Services business. We only perform Homewatch on a limited number of home so we are not spread too thin.
