Default Groome/MCO/Information needed

I need some information a few things regarding using Groome transportation for door to door transportation from MCO arrivals. Thank you in advance.

It says on the website that arrival pickup for terminal B is on level 1 (floor under baggage claim) at stalls 14 and 15. Can anyone tell me where exactly these stalls are when you walk out the door?

Should I call and confirm with Groome the night before?

Thanks again!

When you walk outside all the parking / waiting stalls have a number. Just walk to the number and wait. You'll see the vans/ busses as they arrive. It really is simple.

door to door is 'A' level 1 space 42 to 45, "B" 1, 2, 3, and to go direct to Brownwood hotel or Lake Sumter that is space 14 or 15

Oh then I misunderstood the website. I am doing door to door. And I just walk out the door and the parking is there. Sorry for the repetitive questions.

Go to level "1" A side looking at the parking lot, go right to the end 42 to 45....... at "B" go left to the end 1/3, Door to Door service.

Complete instructions are on your confirmed reservation. There is no "walking across the street parking lot". They also text you the days before and day of your reservation.

I personally rather use one of the other airport shuttles. There is many private shuttles that go door-to-door versus groom that I believe is still 65 bucks or more per person, and takes an economy van with many groups of people in it.
Other transport are usually private just with you or your group and are usually cheaper if there’s two or more people

When you get off the airport tram head towards Terminal A baggage claim. at bottom of escalator usually an airport employee there and you can ask for assistance. Easy Peezy. I love Groome and it’s great getting dropped off at your house!

You will receive an email one day before your trip detailing your scheduled pick up. On the day of, you will receive a text message indicating your driver has started his/her route and what time the driver will depart C, B, & A terminals. The driver will pick you up at lanes 14 or 15 on the ground transportation level (see attached photo). They DO NOT pick up at any other locations on the A & B sides other than lanes 14 and 15. Groome has a strict schedule and leave at the scheduled times so make sure you are there and ready to board.

Been using Groome (formerly The Villages Shuttle) for years. Never a problem, it’s $40 one way and always pleasant and reliable.

Thank you. Some are saying 14-15 and others says\ing 42-45. Thanks for the information! Sounds pretty cut and dry.
