Default GREAT Customer Service!

Been in our new Gilchrist home for almost 3 years. Delta faucets all around. In the last couple months, both showers occasionally began a slow drip even hours after turning off. A quick on/off typically stopped that.
Out of TV warranty of course, so looked up DeltaFaucet.com Did NOT want to call 800# and go thru the 'onhold/yada' routine. Wrote a short email to them thru their 'Contact Us' portal on the site. Explained the problem. And fully expected nothing back and the need to call them next week...
Less than 24 hours later (yesterday, a Saturday..) got an email from a CS agent at Delta with info re the sending of 2 repair kits/cartridges). Then an email from their shipping dept to expect the shipment next week.
I was floored - no hassle at all. And there are nice videos online to show repair steps for the homeowner -simple.
YAY! For Delta Faucet Co! A1+++

Delta faucets have a "life time " warranty.

I agree, I used the 800 number, no problem, gave them the model number (from home warranty), and less than a week later the replacement parts arrived.

Also used the 800 number at our PA house and had excellent response and received repair kit within a week.

The lifetime warranty is the only reason I use Moen. The difference is Moen doesn’t send a repair kit, they send a new faucet.

Understand - Moen good brand too. My issues were with the shower faucets - mounted on/in the shower tile wall. Off course- would not want to replace entire fixture, only seals and cartridge which are the wear points. Looks to be a 10 min job. If I had issues with a bath/kitch faucet, I would much rather replace the seals and cartridge there as well, rather than having to do the entire assembly...
