Question Glass cutting @ Ace Hardware

Has anyone used Ace Hardware for custom cut glass? I need to replace a curio cabinet shelf (I don't have anything heavy, so normal window glass will do). Prices? Quality?

I agree, Lake Glass and Mirror does a great job at a reasonable price.

ACE has only window glass, not a good choice for shelving. I agree with above comments on Lake Glass, you want at least 1/4 inch glass. You can get Lexan at either Lowes or Home Depot. I have the tools to cut if you cannot. Both carry various thickness as I recall.

I just remembered I have some left over pieces of Plexiglas and Lexan, send me a PM with what size you need, I will see what I have.

I had a shelve in my refrigerator shatter during cleaning a while back. I brought dimensions to Ace a they cut me a piece of plexiglass that fit perfectly. Price and service were great.
