Default Garage Door Openers

Garage Door Openers
Any suggestion on where to get and who to install them. Also need an electrician for 2 more electrical outlets and another cable connection due to furniture placement. Any info greatly appreciated. Thx

I bought my opener from Lowe's and for a rather modest amount, had one of their people (well, actually a contractor, I think) install it. Guy showed up on time, did a good job, cleaned up and left.

You can ask Lowes if they have people who will do the outlets (I think that they do.) Alternately, the folks who did your electrical will add outlets as well a number of other electricians around here.

We just replaced our old Craftsman that died. We did a lot of research pros and cons and decided on a Sommers Garage Door Opener. Lifetime warranty super quiet and smooth running, we love it . It is more than most price wise but well worth it. Came with 2 remotes , keypad, wall unit and for extra you can get it with a battery back up. Lowes carried them online and they did a fantastic install for us that included taking the old one out. Every review on the brand got 5 stars. Oh and it is a direct drive. Can't say enough about the opener!
