A realtor told me there is a second hand store in Wildwood that pays more or used furniture than other stores in Fruitland Park and Summerfield. That's all I know.

Is it called Grandma's Basement or something like that? It's on 301 just down from The Red Door...a corner building where you park in back. There is another one on 44 but I can't think of it's name.
Ooooppps...."Mother's Attic"....always getting stuff mixed up (but sorta similar)! LOL You're right, it's NOT a consignment store. BUT I still think there's a consignment on 44...turning left off 301, then look on the right. You'll be past it before you see it...almost. Last edited by NotGolfer; 02-17-2013 at 01:49 PM. |

It is called My Mother's Attic. It is on the right hand side as you travel down 301 away from TV. There is a thrift shop next door.

Our Mother's Attic is not a consignment shop but a resale shop that accepts donations of furniture. The money raised is used to spport the ministries of St Vincent De Paul Church, primarily its food pantry and other outreach ministries. Small items, like lamps may be dropped off, or they'll pick up larger items from your home. They give you a receipt for your donation which you may then claim on your income tax. |
