I had my patio fenced by Vibber Vinyl phone # 753-2859. Recommended by The Villages Architectural Board. Same kind of fencing used in front of patio villas. This was done in 2013 so don't know if they are still in business. Very pleased with the work. They took pictures of the back of the house and submitted to the board. Fenced in an 11 x 12 patio.

The simple application for ARC approval is in the Villages phone book.
You need to include a simple drawing. I doubt if fences are allowed. A
neighbor may have one but maybe not allowed.

That’s the nature of ANY forum. People are just trying to be helpful. Get over it !

Don’t know what kind of “searching” you claim to have done but when I do a Google search on “fence companies near me” , a bunch of choices come up.

Additionally, if you call the Warranty Department, they would be able to provide you with the name and phone number of the company (s) they use for installing fences in their patio and veranda models.

Hope you find my response useful and that it doesn’t offend you !
I searched first the Daily Sun, there are none, I searched the advertisers here, there are none, I searched online and found a few most of whom have poor reviews, one was excellent but only had one review and the type of fencing that those with a fairly good review offer on their sites would not be allowed in TV. I now have two names posted here that I will try. I called the warranty department to get a hint whether or not the fence would be allowed and she would not give me any information other than submit an application which I already knew about.

The neighbor was approved, so was another one just up the street from me. I know how to send in an application for approval, 'I'M ONLY LOOKING FOR THE NAME OF FENCE INSTALLERS" there are now 2 individuals that read my OP and understood the complicated question that I asked and have each given me a name to contact. Finally, and I thank them both.

"she would not give me any information other than submit an application which I already knew about. ",...that in itself had to be the most frustrating part

For all we know you don’t know the difference between railing and fencing or the difference between your backside and a hole in the ground.

Great reply 2013, you must have given that a whole lotta thought.
