Default Ecobee smart thermostat, Yale smart door lock, Ring doorbell help

I need help setting up Ring doorbell, Yale smartdoor lock and Ecobee smart thermostat.

All are installed, just need setup.

Would appreciate someone to set each up. It is very frustrating,
and so above my DIY capabilities.

Of coarse, I will pay for help.

Thank you!

We have a Ecobee smart thermostat and use it in the holding setting.
You turn it on.
You turn it off.
You raise the temperature
You lower the temperature

Easy
Peasy

The ring door bell REQUIRES you to install an app on your cell phone to complete the setup, there is no way around this, and the print is so small on the instruction manual I needed to use the copier to enlarge it 200%.

A wired in Ring doorbell can be a bit tricky, I needed the transformer replaced and although I do a some DIY I don’t do electrical work usually.

I second Geek squad from Best Buy. They did a lot of good work for me in the past.

I removed the old doorbell and connected the 2 low voltage wires to the Ring doorbell. The Ring doorbell operates the old door chime and the Ring chime, and the low voltage current keeps the Ring battery charged. You need the Ring app and an annual subscription (about $36 per year) to view past video events.
Without a subscription, you can only view the live camera.

You can add the app to apple or android device. Program as many zone settings as you need, as well as temperature settings for each. Can control sitting on your lanai, or anywhere in the world.

Will give you insight on your usage, and how your system is working. The humidity in your home. With alerts on temp setting too high or low.

It called a smart system for a reason, no reason to spend money on one if one is just going to turn on/off temp up/down, a dial stat for $10 can do just that.

Even my 90yo parent can use ecobee with phone, even without one of helping.

I have cameras outside of the house so no ring doorbell needed. Can’t help, but utube can

Yes, I’ve found that. I only pay $10 annual fee. But I also have Lorex cameras up north and they have cloud backup for a month.

And all this to be charged a monthly fee, (nice).

No fee, not sure who you are using, my app is free, along with the 6 changes I made yesterday to tweak schedules, and couple of temps.
