The Developer utilized Custom Window Systems, a company out of Ocala, for the windows on our house that was built in 2015.

Unlike the major window manufactures, Custom Window Systems, doesn't provide any information on parts for their window. RO-MAC is the dealer for these windows.

I need to replace the weather stripping on the bottom rail of one of our windows as the paint on the weather stripping was not done correctly and is now pealing. I'm still waiting for a call back from RO-MAC with whether they have the weather stripping or at least some information on it.

Has anyone had experience with these folks, in particular, on weather stripping on the windows?

We built our home in 2004. Had Romac come out last year to assess windows that were stiff or not working properly. The ordered all the parts needed.....came and installed all parts. All windows now operate as new.

Romac was timely and reasonably priced. All workers get A+!
