Default Cleaning Lanai floor and screens and cracks in baseboard.

What is the best and easiest way to wash the cement floor and the screens in the Lanai? Eventually, I will have the floor painted or something but right now it is just the original cement. I don't think I want to wash it with just your usual kitchen mop and bucket, is there an easier way? And, the screens? I don't have a power washer and have never used one.

Also, the baseboard seems to be coming slightly away from the counter and the paint is peeling away. What would be the best way to fix this?

Thank you.

Thank you.
Have them pressured cleaned. Most will come to you house and pressure clean your whole house for under $50. Well worth it.

I hose down the lanai floor and screens. On the screens I use one of those bug brushes for eaves after the screens are wet and then hose them again. Just hosing the screens does not get the dirt and pollen off. If the lanai is open, you will get a lot of pollen this time of year.
