Default Bundling Insurance in Florida

We have homeowners insurance thru Villages Insurance. Our auto is insured by a company that doesn’t cover FL. We need to transfer that to a company that does. Knowing that bundling usually gets you better pricing and also knowing the mess Florida homeowners insurance is in these days, we are wondering if any company writes BOTH home and auto in FL. (State Farm used to but no longer for new customers.)
If no bundling companies, hit me with your best company for auto. TIA

For me, State Farm is the best company for auto insurance. I currently pay $515 for a 6-month policy, where most of the cost is for $1 million in liability coverage. In my experience, bundling is mostly a sales pitch and not as much of a savings as advertised. Always do the math and don't trust the agent's savings calculation. I have Progressive for homeowners insurance.

Note that The Villages Insurance is not an insurance company. They are a broker for several insurance companies.

Since I have State Farm auto insurance, they wanted to bundle me with homeowners. Their homeowners policy was about the same price as Progressive, which includes a bundle discount of $600. So, to me, that means that, if I switch to another auto or homeowners policy, I lose the bundle discount and my premium increases by $600. No thank you to the bundle.

Reportedly, I heard it from a hot dog salesman, Progressive will be leaving the homeowner insurance market here in the next 12 months. New roof or not.

When I got insurance quotes about a year ago, Geico would only sell me a maximum of $250K in liability coverage. To me, that was an inadequate amount. I would have needed to purchase an additional umbrella policy. State Farm and Allstate both offer up to $1 million in coverage.
