My wife and I have finally finished unpacking and have come to the realization that we brought much more clothing with us than we will ever need.
We would like to donate it to a worthwhile charity, but are unsure which is the best local charity that takes clothing donations. Which would you reccommend? Do any of these charities have a local drop box? Thanks!

Cappyjon, Habitat for Humanity will take almost anything, and they'll pick it up. I don't have their number handy, but I'm sure they're in the phone book.

I've enjoyed giving to the American Red Cross. They do monthly pickups in TV. You can contact them and they'll let you know the pickup date for your village. All you have to do is bag the items and label them "charity." Has worked well for me and, to me, goes to a good charity.

Village View Church has an outstanding Clothing Connection program. I teach in the same area and I can't emphasize enough the need for the local residents.
