We are looking at Belgard pavers for our driveway. We have the Belgard catalog and a couple of sample boards, but we would like to see the pavers on something other than a sample board. Does anyone know of a local landscape company where we might see at least a 6 foot square application of Belgrade pavers in order to see the colors? The companies we have gotten estimates from cannot sort their previous jobs by paver color so they cannot direct us to driveways with the colors we are considering. We plan to use 3 different size pavers which have varied colors but the sample board only shows two. If you used Belgard pavers, if you are willing, please PM me with the color you used. Thank you so much.

If at all possible see completed driveways with the samples that appeal to you.
A few years ago I had a house built and I wanted brick. The builder gave me a few sample boards, about 18in sq, and one really appealed to me. I was about to sign on the line but first asked if I can see a complete home with that brick. He game me addresses of homes made with each sample. I looked at the home with my favorite brick and it looked awful, horrible, terrible,… I went to see a house with my 2nd choice sample and it was great. See before you sign, or you may regret it later. |

The other option would be to drive around, find a driveway or 2 that you like, take pictures for comparison.
On a side note, I am assuming that you have completely investigated the good and bad points of pavers versus painting or staining your driveway. If you have not, do a search on this site, you will see both sides, as there are very strong opinions both ways, but the discussion will give you some background for additional questions if necessary. We decided to go with a stained type coating for the driveway, with the inclusion of shark grip that provides a non-slip surface, and the only maintenance is a recoating every 5 to 7 years. Good luck with you project. Hope this helps.
