Does anyone know how to restore the shine to Beatriz Ball pieces? A houseguest ran several bowls through the dishwasher and they now appear to be hopelessly tarnished. I have tried Haas metal polish and Brasso without success. I hate to give up on them. Any ideas?

I found this:
Beatriz Ball Fine Metalware Designer Beatriz Ball crafts a collection of sand-cast aluminum metalware with innovative artistry. Steeped in creativity, the collectible trays, bowls, and napkin holders feature unique patterns like the organic pearl and Vento designs. Rest of the in-depth answer is here. Also to know is, what is Beatriz ball made of? Meet Beatriz Ball Our pieces are made entirely by hand, one at a time, using the ancient art of sand casting: pouring a premium quality alloy of molten aluminum into sand molds, and then going through four levels of polishing. Since it appears this is an aluminum based product, I have a buffer and buffer materials suitable for aluminum that MIGHT WORK, however, aluminum is notorious for oxidizing so I have no idea if the buffed finish would hold up like the original finish.

Thanks for the reply. It says that the handcrafted pieces are buffed it a high shine, so I am hoping that the “tarnished” layers can be buffed out. Unfortunately I do not have a buffer. Any ideas where I could I get something like that done?
