Has anyone either rented an unfurnished CYV for themselves, at one time or another, or have you rented the same to tenants -during the low season of June and beyond? If so, was there a particular area that was chosen, and why?

I rented for 8 years before I bought….about 6 of those were courtyard villas…I have dog, so the yard was appealing….however, for the last 3 years I rented the same one…it was just about as far north as you could get…but I honestly looked for price and comfort more than anything else. The location can be adjusted to, IMO.

We rented a CYV for a month in the summer for 2 yrs. Wall in the back yard was good because we brought our little dog. We liked the privacy of the back yard. We didn't buy a CYV when we moved here in Nov because the garage is to small.
