4 of them s did the inland Ak tour from Anchorage, up through Denali, to Fairbanks and back. Highly recommended. We were well taken care of. My only regret it s not doing the flight option to get out of Delani...we were told they t was spectacular

We went with J.Hall to Alaska in 2012. Fabulous and they really have all their ducks in a row. My suggestion would be to book the land tour first and then the cruise. The land tour requires a few days of getting up at 6 am and some long days. The first night on the cruise is at sea, so you have a chance to rest up. We went last week in August, weather was great. One day we were wearing tee shirts, but you still need to bring layers with you. When you get near glaciers, it is cold!

We went on a John Hall Alaska trip one week land and one week cruise. I was not thrilled about going but finally gave into my husband to go and it was one of the best vacations we ever had. I thought the cruise would have been the best part but if had to do again I would do all land with them. They treated all of us fantastic. Everything they planned was top notch. Other groups that went with other very well known big companies multiple times commented on how much more we got them then their groups and how specialized our trip was with John Hall Alaska. They are by far the best travel group we have ever experienced. There won't be one bit of disappointment. Nothing but great memories we will never forget!
