I received mail that said because I am a Village resident I could get travel discounts through ICON Company Store. So I filled out the offer and set up an account. The prices for cruises and travel are so low that I can't believe it is true. I was going to book a cruise but am hesitating because of the saying if it sounds too good to be true it it probably is. I wanted to reach out to others in The Villages to see if anyone has booked travel through the ICON company store and what was your experience. Is this a legit business.

I don't know anything about this company but if you have a problem while you are traveling do you want to try to get ahold of these people for assistance (and do you think they will be able to help you if you can)? Or would you rather call your travel agent for help? Just something to think about.

OP, check with Seniors Against Crime to see if there are any complaints, also the BBB, then you can search the Internet, try YELP.

I think it is legit but they have never returned any of my inquiries. I wanted the Great Lakes cruise but my research showed that their posted rates were not significantly below what I could get from other sites.
