Default Just saying....

quite a contrast between Joel Osteen and his 10.7 million dollar home and Pope Francis with his very humble lifestyle, both reaching to the multitude, but different strokes for different folks...

There is big money in religion. Ever been to the Vatican?

Too, the Mormon church may now be the largest landowner in Florida. Mormon church: Florida's biggest private landowner? - CSMonitor.com

Robert H. Schuller and Rick Warren have done well, too.

Rev. Joel Osteen's sermons are very positive and motivating. His books worth reading. His church Lakewood is the largest with 35,000 plus attendance each week.

His father (as I remember).was the previous pastor of the Lakewood Church. The church is in Houston, Texas. Search your Television channels if you want to hear a positive motivating sermon.

I agree. His sermons are positive and uplifting. He doesn't beg for money. He starts each service with a joke. I always feel a little better after listening to what he has to say.

I'm waiting to see him nominated for an Academy Award.

He puts on quite a show and his book are purchased by the same people who think he walks on water.
