YALAHA BAKERY in Summerfield SUPERB.....we got a fresh loaf of asiago pretzel bread AND tried dessers. Key lime pie tart and I had the Mango cheese cake. VERY GOOD...That is Yalaha bakery in Summerfield in the shopping center where the Sears outlet is.

I had a French type bread from Yahala, and we didn't care for the texture. It was a light fluffy texture like wonder bread. I've never tried their other breads.

Yesterday I purchased a very fresh loaf of their artisan bread at the Brownwood Farmer's market. ( one bread lady had a few loaves among her own products) Has to be a two pound loaf, with nuts, grains and seeds of all kinds- $5
I haven't tried it yet, but sliced it and have frozen it in parcels for future breakfast toast as it contains no preservatives. It looks really hearty and should be wonderful toasted.

Great post. I love their bakery products. Some may feel that their bread is "hard" and "chewy" but that is just because they use whole grain non-processed ingredients. So good for you. Yummy, just like my mom made.

Yes, and they list all ingredients.

We just returned from the Yalaha bakery on 441 in Summerfield.
Bread was great and my wife loved the cheese danish.
The place has a very friendly atmosphere and we felt welcome even though the waitress was busy. We'll be back for breakfast when the bread we bought runs out.
