I think it is one of the best if not the best seafood rest. in the area. I love their cheese grits.

I do not recall ever seeing a complaint about this restaurant on TOTV.

I've eaten several times at the one in Ocala and have heard it is much better than the one in Summerfield.

Have never had a bad meal but if you are not into southern food take care when you select a side dish. Some are really southern.

Thanks for the replies. Gave it a try and enjoyed our meals. Blackened haddock was a generous portion and nicely cooked. Inexpensive too! Will go back again.

Exactly why we eat there occasionally. Hubby loves the cheese grits and I like the hush puppies, something I haven't found at any other seafood place!

We have never had a bad meal there either. Even though I don't like cheese grits, I like most everything else on the menu. We like the Ocala restaurant just as well as the Summerfield one.

On Fridays only, they have fried clams from Ipswich MA. Small, sweet and fried just they way they should be ! Miss my New England seafood but Sam St John's provides a great substitute .

I am not a fan. I would rather drive farther and get good seafood.
