Default New Restaurant Group

I just got an email from RGM Restaurant Group. Looks like they are now running Glenview, Red Sauce and Mallory. I thought these restaurants were in the Suleiman family. When did that change? Thanks

It's true that they are all Suleiman's but different people! I believe each restaurant group is independently owned and operated.

There are brothers and a cousin involved. Maybe the one group has those three and another group havana and Lopez.

Dined at the Mallory last night and the place was jammed - parking lot full and we were seated at 7:10 for our 6:15 reservation. Nice evening and we were not in a hurry. Alycia, our server, explained that the restaurants were divided between 3 family members and are now "competitors". They've enhanced the Mallory menu and added the ability to make online reservations (we were a party of 11). Food was great and Alycia did an excellent job taking care of us!

Jack Suleiman owns all three and has set up independent corporations for each one. Jack might have different partners (investors) involved in each one.
Redsauce owned by Jack and Resa Inc, Jack Suleiman president
Glenview Country Club Restaurant owned by JJJ and Luke Inc, Jack Suleiman president
Mallory Hill Country Club owned by RGM Restaurant Inc, Jack Suleiman president

For those keeping score, David & Joseph Suleiman own these restaurants:
The Legacy Restaurant
The Legacy Bar & Grill
The Angler's Club (above Redsauce, members only)
Havana Country Club
Prima Italian Steakhouse

Wonder how many restaurants these folks can own before they spread themselves too thin?

These guys are professionals and very good restauranteurs. I am sure they have the staff to handle it.

I also think maybe the RGM group just started a lease of 3 years at the clubouse/restaurant at Water Oak community also. It is also opened upto the public.

Personally I would not be happy. Waited 55 minutes(with a reservation). If no reservation acceptable. Also seeing a trend in restaurants. People are using take out more and more. Restaurant can be half empty and service slow as restaurant is also catering to the take outers.

Hopefully staff grows to accommodate more restaurants. Mallory and new sports place seem to have problems.
