Default Mallory Hill CC Restaurant Raymond retires

With the recent retirement of owner, Raymond, from Mallory Hills CC, what will happen to the restaurant? Who bought it? Is this a Suleiman buy?

Actually, no.

He operated within the restaurant.

This is only getting a touch pedantic.

I believe he (& possibly a partner or 2) OWNED the restaurant business.

They leased the restaurant and associated space.

Owning a business and/or owning the property where the business operates, are separate and distinct.

Not saying who is doing what, but last Saturday while enjoying a hamburger at the bar, we saw a familiar face being walked around. Seen him often at Red Sauce.

Jack Suleiman will own the business as of this Friday morning

Raymond Fredrick is the original owner of the business ( initially partners with owner of Glenview)

I believe he is the last original owner of A Villages country Club restaurant...

If that's the guy who owns Red Sauce, we certainly won't expect any improvement from the slop the previous owner was serving.

Thanks for joining the party..............but read the posts.

She/he said: With the recent retirement of owner, Raymond, from Mallory Hills CC

Raymond (who ever he is) did not. Period.

He owned the company that ran the business.
Did not own anything but the right to operate.
Did not own the equipment.
Did not own the building.
Did not own the employees.
Did not own the land.

If you fancied yourself as an Italian Restaurant Entrepreneur, what would be the first thing you'd change at a new restaurant you bought?

Right after the sauce, you'd probably change the pizza.
