Default Breakfast in Wildwood or Oxford?

Anyone know of a good place to have breakfast in Wildwood, Leesburg or Oxford or any other small town close to the south end of the villages?

Thanks in advance for any recommendations you may have.

Rae, Rae's is the best! It's on 441 just above the Western Store on the same side. I think it's north of 466A and south of 466. Be prepared to wait a bit. It's worth it though.

We love Fruitland Park Cafe on 27/441. It's a privately owned small hole in the wall with home cooking and has the best breakfast/lunch. Evening dinners are equally delicious and are served but not with a menu. Dinners are limited to weekday specials featuring usually only one main dish. It's a "make yourself at home" type of place where you pour your own coffee and other beverages. You'll also find many patrons cleaning up after themselves putting their dirty dishes in the dirty dish bin. Put your feet up, relax, and enjoy a small town type of place where everyone is your friend...and the food is absolutely delicious!

Fruitland Park Cafe news, views and amusing features about Fruitland Park, Florida and our Fruitland Park Cafe, recipes, healthy eating, Make Louise Laugh, local history, Bill Jackson Stories, we're an eclectic community...

Rae, Rae's breakfast or lunch is great. Take 466a to 25a, then left on 441/27; construction makes it confusing but will be on the left in small strip plaza.

The shell station in Colony Plaza serves homemade breakfast. They are also open for lunch and have great burgers. I don't think they're open on weekends.

I agree about Fruitland Park Café....love it. We've also eaten at Wolfy's, which is on 27 right past the 441 and 27 cut off.

For the best ever homemade biscuits and gravy, travel a little farther north to Belleview and eat at Fannie Mae's! They also have breakfast buffet on the weekends and a good variety for breakfast throughout the week.

Rae's Rae's between 466 and 466A on 441. Difficult to see because of all the construction going on.

More south on 27 just after bearing right at the fork, on the left, is Wolfy's.

Rae Rae's in Fruitland Park is great. Five minutes from colony square. Take 466-A east to the light at the light by the gas station (County Road 25) make a left, there is a western wear store on the left and Rae Rae's is the next driveway on the left. Small but wonderful. They make everything fresh including their sausage.

I know...I feel like I'm being disloyal. Rae Rae's is still my favorite!
