I was looking for a motorized pergola and saw an All Season Rooms ad in the newspaper. Gave then a call and Chip the owner came out to look at where I wanted it and gave me a quote. I wanted to see one in person to see how it worked and he gave me three of his customers numbers who I called. All three customers invited me to their homes to look at their pergolas in person. They all had nothing but good words to say about Chip and his company. Chip also invited me to come look at his pergola in his backyard to get an idea on different colors for the louvers. We wrote up a contract and got it installed. His crew (all employees of his, NOT contractors), who were all very polite, nice, and tidy came out and installed it. They did a fantastic job. We absolutely love how we can open and close the louvers with a remote control to block the sun and rain from our outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend this company!

We have lived in The Villages for close to 20 years and have made many home improvements to our home during that time. We have never been more pleased than with completion of our recent glass enclosure done by ALL SEASON ROOMS in Summerfield, Fl.

Owner Chip Vandall was the only contractor we contacted who “listened” to what we envisioned. He did not use the cookie cutter approach as to what could (or couldn’t) be done, as seemed to be the norm with the other contractors we talked with. He listened, explained the difference in sunroom categories and permit requirements, offered helpful concepts and ideas, and made no pressure to close a sale. A few days later, he provided a fully detailed and inclusive drawing, along with a very competitive quote. The window and doors he installs exceed industry standards, and his timing promise for job completion was shorter than the other three bidders.

ALL SEASON ROOMS maintain their own in-house crew of construction professionals and metal workers and installers, who work well together and proved to be artisans in what they do. Their subs for HVAC, electricals, concrete and painting were top notch as well. Project Coordinator Matt managed the project day-to-day, and Chip visited the job site often to monitor progress to plan. Daily job site clean up was impeccable and all persons involved with with the project were gentlemanly and pleasant to work with. These guys really seem to have it together.

a few months ago we decided to enclose our lanai. we got 3 estimates and decided to go with ALL SEASON ROOMS. the owner, Chip, was very informative, pleasant, and took the time to explain. no rush, no pressure... what made us to go with ALL SEASON ROOMS is the fact the Chip was going to be on site and do the job himself....with a little help of course!...AND brought a list of happy customers and their phone numbers in case you want to see what the end result is all about. we did take advantage of that and was very thankful to the couple who was kind to show us Chip's job. now, that's impressive!!...can't find many business owners who would show up or do the job by themselves. can't tell you enough how wonderful Chip is. how quick his reply to any question you may have. if anyone would like to see our lanai you are welcome to email us at nkoplan9@gmail.com
