Oh Ale. ANOTHER breath taking photograph. If only I could do with my brushes what you do with your camera. Thank you for starting my day with such utter beauty.

ale, you take beautiful photographs but it would be so nice if you gave the location of your shots. Yes, I know critters move around but many have their homes near their locations and this would give us a chance to view the real thing once in awhile.

Those birds are so beautiful. I have just about given up trying to attract anything other than blackbirds, doves and squirrels. I have the fattest creatures in town. I'd love to have some songbirds. I put a baffle to keep the squirrels off, but they manage to grab the pole and swing under the baffle. I just oiled the pole thinking maybe they will slide off. We'll see!

Our baby bluebirds flew out of the nest yesterday. There were 5 of them! Mama has come back a couple of times today with bugs looking for them. Guess old habits are hard to break cause she had been working hard to feed them all. After they left I feel like I have empty nest syndrome cause we had gotten so used to watching them!

It works! I put a thick coat of vaseline on the pole and the squirrels just slid right down the pole! Now they just stay on the ground and eat the dropped seeds. It was hilarious watching them til they quit trying. Now I have a cardinal family that eats their breakfast here every morning.

Beautiful picture!! We have family living incur Blue Bird House. We have a Blue Bird feeder and love watching them go in and take out the raisins we put in.
