I have pavers and they don't crack and look great. Your experience, either personally or second hand, was probably due to poor installation (i.e. poor choice of vendor).

Agree with all positive comments about CRD. Had ours done almost 7 years ago and still looks beautiful. They are also great service after the sale. They always take care of any issue. Drive down Hollow Branch Way in St. Charles and you can see some of their work.
