Hello all, I was wondering if anyone has experience suing the villages for building issues. I’ve tried working with the builder but we cannot agree on repairs. The issue is with luxury vinyl flooring as well as an improperly pitched bathroom floor. The cost of replacing floor is much more than small claims court maximum. Not sure how to proceed. Any advice and Lawyer recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
