My home was appraised by the Villages real estate 6 mos ago for $249.00. Since then I have added solar tubes, attic fans and a pergola costing over 5,000. It is negotiable but I'd like $245.00. Large premier lot and that 2 1/2 car garage. House is immaculate and everything in it repaired after death of my husband.
