You say "OFFERED" in FL, do you mean ACCEPTED in FL?

We have a Aetna Medicare Advantage PPO plan from NJ and have had no problems here despite the fact it is "from" NJ. We can go to any doctor as long as they accept ANY AETNA plan at all which all except most of the Villages Plan does and even some of them have taken it.

Check Medicare.gov: the official U.S. government site for Medicare | Medicare to get an idea of your options.

I agree call SHINE as noted previously. If you desire to use the Primary Care doctors in the Villages health system you MUSY have one of four (?) ADVANTAGE plans, this system does NOT accept Medicare and Supplemental Insurance for Primary care doctors, you will still have access to moat ( all) specialists. If you go with supplemental, you may find limitation of specialists, I know we did a few years ago, so we stayed with Medicare and supplemental. Call SHINE.
