Default Unreliable Lawn Care / Landscaper

Wanted to change to a walk-behind lawn mowing firm and selected Blue Water Solutions. They appear to really know their stuff but execution is horrible!!

They missed 1st scheduled date to mow, and I literally had to call for next 3 days, then talk to owner at their home yet still no response until another phone call to get them to show up. Then they didn't show up the following week so after 3 day grace period I called & terminated.

Clearly this company does not "walk its talk", contrary to their website content and personal conversations

Please share why you like the walk behind mowing rather than the rider mowing? Also most of us don't know when the mowing is gonna happen. Growth rate is different at different times of the year.

Ours is mowed every Tuesday, weather permitting, during the summer and every other Tuesday in Spring and Fall. No mowing in the winter.

Have not had them that long but so far I like K&B Lawn Services in Leesburg.
(Karen and Bob not the big KB outfit from Wildwood)
They will use walk behind mowing.

Just a word of warning - NEVER pay a lawncutter service upfront for a contract to cut your grass for the season, year, month, or whatever. There have been many of those complained about at Seniors vs Crime. If you want information as to whether or not there have been complaints about a lawncutting service BEFORE you hire them, contact Seniors vs Crime.
